Our Mental Fitness Program provides you with the knowledge you need to develop a mind that is strong and able to survive anything!
What is mental fitness?
Mental fitness refers to the ability to maintain a state of well-being and cultivate awareness of how we think, behave, and feel. It involves developing the skills to manage our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a way that promotes resilience, emotional balance, improved cognition and overall mental wellness. Mental fitness is not about achieving a specific level of cognitive function or intelligence, but rather about developing the ability to adapt to changing circumstances, learn from experiences, and navigate life’s challenges with ease.

Mental fitness = resilience + emotional +cognitive function
Why is mental fitness important?
Mental fitness is the prevention, therapy is the cure
Enhanced Cognitive Function
Mental fitness exercises, such as mindfulness and problem-solving, can improve attention, memory, and processing speed.
The ability to respond, not react.
Mental fitness can improve decision-making skills by teaching individuals to weigh options, consider multiple perspectives, and think critically.
RESILIENCE
Resilience is the ability to bounce back from setbacks and adapt to change. With the help of a mental fitness coach, individuals learn how to develop a resilient mindset, enabling them to face challenges head-on and come out stronger.
Mental fitness is the prevention, therapy is the cure
Just like the body, the brain is an organ too and it gets sick. When it does, it manifests as a weakness in the meta cognition ( theory of mind). Mental health treatments involves practices that focuses on managing mental illness ( focus is on the presence of an illness).
Mental fitness on the other hand involves practices that strengthens the mind "muscles" so that it can be resilient towards factors that may potentially lead to mental illness ( i.e stress, setbacks, challenges).
Mental health practice & mental fitness practices has many overlaps and both focuses on helping the brain bounce back. However mental fitness focuses on the "strength" of the mind to resist, recover and rewire itself.
The absence of mental illness doesn't indicate the presence of mental fitness. In other words, just because you do not suffer from depression, doesn't mean you not susceptible to the pitfalls of mental errors ( cognitive distortions), mental marathons (ruminations), mental fatigue, emotional constipation ( blocked emotions), thought hijacking ( intrusive thoughts), etc.
